Sarah is a behavioral health coach with a passion for helping members live fully in the moment by helping them understand distorted thinking patterns that are holding them back from living to their fullest potential. Sarah has a Master's degree in mental health counseling and also teaches yoga and mindfulness. Sarah ran her own yoga, mindfulness, and energy healing practice for over a decade and believes that healing and wellness is an ongoing process in one’s life. She loves to inspire members to heal past patterns by creating new, healthy ones.

Dan Belonick

Dan Belonick
Ginger Therapist

Dan believes we are strongest when we connect to the people and activities that encourage us along life's journey. Holding both a Master of Divinity and Social Work, Dan has worked in varying capacities in his career, including as an outpatient therapist, community service director, healthcare navigator, and care manager. He has specialized experience working with those who live with neurocognitive challenges and their partners. He is also passionate about supporting people throughout all the seasons of life.
