Headspace Care Coach

Radha Dalal is a behavioral health coach for Headspace Care. Her work as an intuitive coach is solutions-focused and empowers members to clarify their intentions and align with their values. Radha is passionate about cultural humility and integrating gratitude practices that are meaningful and supportive for folks who are seeking to enhance their wellness lifestyle.



Headspace Care Therapist

Karen Vincent is a licensed social worker who attended Boston University and is a certified life coach. Karen has held roles in a variety of settings throughout her career, working with both teens and adults as a therapist. She helps clients understand the mind and body connection and believes that learning how to be present is an essential skill for maintaining mental wellness. She strives to help folks embrace the present.
