Accepting and truly feeling your deepest emotions can be hard. Allowing others to get to know your true self is even harder.

Being vulnerable can leave you feeling exposed to truths you may not want to face, but it can also lead to more meaningful connections — both with yourself and with the people who are important to you.

Join this workshop to learn:
  • How your identity can affect the ease with which you can be vulnerable
  • How vulnerability can enhance your relationships with yourself and your loved ones
  • How opening up to your coach can improve your care journey and ultimately your mental health
